Your orders will be handed over to the courier within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after bank authorization has been received. Depending on the distance between the delivery address and TIGONEX, the courier company will deliver your order within 1–3 days. All products you select will be delivered to you by our contracted courier companies under the TIGONEX guarantee.

In the event of any delay or issue caused by us, you will be notified using the contact information provided in your membership details. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. No deliveries are made on public holidays and official holidays.

You will be notified of your purchase via a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected are out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail and notified of the expected date when the product will be back in stock.

If a product you have paid for online is no longer available in our stock, the waiting period is a minimum of 4 (four) days and a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within this period, the amount paid will be refunded to the consumer.
