Return Policy

You may return products purchased from the www.tigonex.com website in accordance with the terms and conditions specified below.

1) The return period begins upon delivery of the product to you and is valid for 14 days following the invoice date.

2) Products cannot be returned and the purchase price cannot be refunded if there is any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, use, or similar condition detected on the product or its packaging, or if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer.

3) For returns that comply with the return conditions, the shipping costs shall be paid by the customer.

4) Products to be returned must be delivered to our company through the courier companies with which our company works.

5) You may return the product or products you have purchased within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided that the products have not been damaged, used, or rendered unsuitable for resale. The reason for the return must also be stated.

6) The return process begins once the product reaches our company. For returned damaged or defective products, the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone following the inspection and approval process carried out within the first 7 days after the delivery date.

7) For returns that comply with the return conditions, the completion of the return process and the transfer of the refunded amount to your bank account or credit card takes approximately 3 business days.

8) Returns of products whose packaging has been opened, which have been used, damaged, or otherwise altered will not be accepted under any circumstances. Returns must be made together with the invoice, original packaging, and all original contents of the product.

9) Detailed return conditions are also set forth in the Distance Sales Agreement you signed when purchasing the product.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 7 days from the date the product subject to the agreement is delivered to the Buyer or to the person or organization at the address specified by the Buyer. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, e-mail, or telephone within this period, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.

If this right is exercised, a copy of the courier delivery receipt proving that the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER has been sent back to the SELLER, together with the original invoice, must be returned. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 7 days following receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not returned, VAT and any other applicable legal obligations cannot be refunded.

The shipping cost of a product returned due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.

We undertake to accept the return of the goods from the date on which the consumer receives the goods or the contract is signed, provided that the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods or services within seven days, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without having to provide any justification, and that the withdrawal notification reaches the seller or service provider.

In accordance with General Communiqué No. 385 of the Tax Procedure Law, in order for the return transaction to be processed, the relevant sections of the invoice containing the return section sent to you must be completed in full, signed, and returned to us together with the product.
